Payment Options and Terms

Individuals / Corporate / Government

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Credit card / Debit card / Cash / Cheque / Juice and Bank Transfer on order confirmation.
  • Credit facilities through CIM Finance are offered on site.

All payments by Credit / Debit cards are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). itavenue.eshops.mu processes payment through MIPS MyPay, which does not store card details. MIPS MyPay is a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant payment ecosystem. When you choose an online payment option, your card information is securely processed through the payment gateway. Rest assured that your card is safely encrypted as it travels over the Internet.

Important: It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify, within 48 hours, that payment corresponds to what should have been paid and that payment has been correctly completed. No reclamation can be made to MIPS after 48 hours.

Delivery Terms

A delivery fee of Rs 200 is applicable for all regions across the island.

Free delivery will be applicable for orders exceeding Rs 10,000.

Customers also have the option of picking up their products at the store.

Orders will be delivered within 1 week of placing the order depending on the availability of the stock.

General Warranty Conditions

  • Oyster Business Solutions Ltd designated service providers warrant the equipment against defects in material and workmanship under normal usage from the date of purchase till the end of the warranty period.
  • Expendable parts are not included in this warranty. Expendable parts include – but are not limited to – lamps, fuses, ribbons, toner cartridges, fuser unit, drum, knobs, trays, glass or plastic or any breakable attachments.
  • The Warranty Card – or any acceptable Proof of Purchase – must be submitted before warranty work can be performed by Oyster Business Solutions Ltd or Oyster Business Solutions Ltd designated service providers.
  • This Warranty agreement shall not extend to delay, loss of use, or any consequential damage of whatsoever nature arising from corruption or loss of information stored on hard disk or any other storage media. Prior to dispatching any product for services, the customer must make a back-up copy of all contents on the product’s hard drive or other local drives or data storage media, including any data stored or any installed software. Oyster Business Solutions Ltd or Oyster Business Solutions Ltd designated service providers shall in no circumstances be held responsible for any damage to or loss of any programs (operating systems and applications), data, or other information stored on any media or any part of any product.
  • Oyster Business Solutions Ltd shall not be responsible for any data corruption or loss arising due to the presence of viruses. Reconfiguration of the system and restoration of available customer files will be chargeable.
  • Oyster Business Solutions Ltd shall not be responsible for reinstalling any application software lost, deleted, or corrupted. Reinstallation of any application software is chargeable.
  • Any repair or replacement performed by Oyster Business Solutions Ltd or Oyster Business Solutions Ltd designated service providers during the warranty period shall not cause any extension or change in the initial warranty period fixed at the time of purchase.
  • Alteration or removal of the serial number, identification on the product, or any intervention by personnel not authorized by our company, misuse, neglect, exposure to fire, water, accidents, excess humidity, excess temperatures, or lack of proper earth connection will result in voiding of this warranty.
  • The exclusive remedy for any defect in materials or workmanship shall be repair or replacement of the defective parts done at the Oyster Business Solutions Ltd or Oyster Business Solutions Ltd designated service providers’ option.
  • Oyster Business Solutions Ltd shall not fetch or pay transportation for defective equipment from the user’s premises or carry out any repair on the customer’s site (unless specified in special conditions). If such special service is requested, then a fee may be charged.
